This is a companion ground plot in the Everlasting Hope section of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California. This section sold out long ago. As of January 2013, Forest Lawn sells identical companion plots in other sections they have left for $7,000 - $8,000. Buyer pays $200 deed transfer fee. My parents decided to be buried at the veterans cemetery years after buying this space at Forest Lawn, so I am selling it now that they have both passed. I live near Forest Lawn, so I can meet the buyer there for direct transfer with no waiting.
